Please note I am treating patients most days so am not always able to respond immediately to enquiries and messages. But your wellbeing, our therapeutic relationship and open communication are extremely important to me. I will make every effort to get back to you ASAP but feel free to send me a reminder if your query is not responded to within 48 hours, excluding weekends and bank hols. Please include your full name, date of birth, email address and phone no in initial enquiry and your preferred days/times and which practice you would like to see me at.

 

I work at 2 practices In Cirencester and Brinkworth and addresses and directions are on the next page:  I arrange all my own appointments so please contact me directly with any cancellations or changes with exception of on the day cancellations (see below).  I look forward to working with you on your path to optimal pelvic health

INITIAL ENQUIRIES 

Please make  your initial enquiries at your convenience through the contact email on the website or invictusphysio@yahoo.com and (check your spam if you have not heard back)  or by text/whatsapp on 07956629147 or I am available to chat by phone, usually  a Tues/Thurs morning is best.  Happy to chat particularly if schedules are busy or if you are unsure about your condition and the treatment needed.

 

CANCELLATIONS BY ME

I am a currently a sole practioner so circumstances may necessitate short notice cancellations through sickness etc. You will be given a follow up appmt at the earliest opportunity.  I will notify you asap through Whats app/ text (and email only if necessary)

 

ONGOING APPOINTMENTS and APPOINMENT CANCELLATIONS/CONFIRMATIONS/ CHANGES

I would prefer for these to be arranged/changed/confirmed through  WHATSAPP OR TEXT on  07956629147 between 8 am and 8 pm. Please cancel / change appointments with as much notice as possible. Whilst I will make allowances for illness and personal circumstances, I reserve the right to charge an admin fee for your short notice cancellations  (less than 24 hrs) or no shows.

Parking is available in the Brewery Carpark off Ashcroft Road

Please allow 2 hours for your first appmt and 1.5 hrs for subsequent  1hr appmts unless 

 your appmt is under an hour then 1 hour should be sufficient.  You can pay by cash, card or app for parking.

 

Please ring the doorbell and wait to be let in, if raining please come straight in and wait in the hall

 

Directions:

Coming into Cirencester turn L at Waitrose RA

Following one way system to the R

Turn Left at mini round about near the vet 

This is the Ashcroft Road

Turn 2nd left into the road leading to Brewery Carpark and then park RHS of carpark and walk back onto ASHCROFT ROAD no 42 has a green door

Directions from Malmesbury

Turn onto A4042 and continue straight towards Brinkworth/Wootten Basset

Go past the kennels on R and past the Lea and then the Charlton turn offs on LHS

Just after Charlton turn off, Brinkworth House is on RHS 

Turn in at signs for Walled Garden, Brinkworth House and Pure Skin Beauty

Drive past the fields and pond up towards the house 

Park in carpark on RHS next to Brinkworth House

 

Parking is free

 Come in through the double doors and take a seat in reception
