Our Malmesbury clinic
A calm, private setting to feel like yourself again
Brinkworth House has been home to our clinic for years, and it's a place I love bringing patients to. Conveniently placed for anyone travelling from Malmesbury, Wootton Bassett, Chippenham or Swindon, it's quiet, it's private, and it doesn't feel clinical the moment you walk in — which matters, because so much of what we talk about in these appointments is personal.
Many people visit us looking for a specialist pelvic health physio in Malmesbury who will take the time to listen and understand what they're experiencing. Whether you're seeking support for bladder leaks, pregnancy-related symptoms, postnatal recovery, menopause concerns or ongoing pelvic floor issues, our appointments are designed to give you the time and space you need.
As a specialist women's health physio near Malmesbury, I regularly support women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, menopause and pelvic floor rehabilitation. We also help both women and men experiencing symptoms that may benefit from specialist pelvic health physiotherapy.
If you're searching for a pelvic pain physio in Malmesbury, we'll work with you to understand the cause of your symptoms and create a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs and goals.
We also provide assessment and treatment for pelvic organ prolapse. Many patients come to us looking for a trusted prolapse physio near Malmesbury, seeking conservative management, education and personalised rehabilitation to help them feel more confident and comfortable in daily life.
Whether you're attending for pelvic floor physiotherapy, pelvic pain, prolapse, pregnancy care or postnatal recovery, you'll be met with the same thing every time: time, patience and no judgement. Nothing is rushed here.

Coming from Malmesbury, take the A4042 and stay on it towards Brinkworth and Royal Wootton Bassett. Keep going just past the Charlton turn-off and you'll see Brinkworth House on your right.
Turn in at the signs for Walled Garden, Brinkworth House and Pure Skin Beauty, and follow the driveway past the fields and the pond, up towards the house itself. Our car park is on the right-hand side, next to Brinkworth House — parking is free, and there's always space. (Apple maps goes to the wrong postcode so google maps is preferable)
