What's involved?
On application to join this programme, you’ll be asked to complete my Pre-Screen to decide if this programme is right for you because our job is to ensure that you get the RIGHT HELP!
If you’re a good fit for this programme, I will begin the ‘take-on’ process whether you are working LIVE (in-person) or virtually.
Although I have my UNIQUE ‘system’, this and all the offerings are ALWAYS adapted and made bespoke FOR YOU! I completely tailor my advice to your needs and ‘meet you EXACTLY where you are now’.
I support you wherever you are in your journey with real-world solutions, over a time-frame that suits your needs.
This programme can be experienced as part of a small group or 1:1.

Once connected with me, I’ll take you through the unique screening process (it is extensive and thorough but this ensures you get the help you deserve and need, so I fully understand your health journey and what you hope to achieve).
Once you’ve been screened and it’s agreed that the programme is the right fit for you, you’ll enter the world of Holistic Core Restore® whereby I will take you through our Everywoman programme for either 6 weeks or 12 weeks.
This programme truly meets women where they are NOW. The updated Everywoman provides a deep understanding of increased stressors in our lives and returns a sense of connection to your body before moving on to Functional Strengthening, movement and release as well as Supportive Nutrition, Breathwork, Alignment Work and Self-Care / Lifestyle Revision – overall, a deep and precious gift that every woman deserves and needs in her lifetime.
