Pilates for rehabilitation, general fitness, pelvic health, pregnancy and post-natal health
I am trained in the APPI method of Pilates and am a registered instructor. I specialise in rehabilitation Pilates, which aids the return to exercise after an injury. My pilates classes can also help to maintain general health and fitness. I also specialise in Pelvic Health rehabilitation for continence and prolapse, as well as pre- and postnatal pilates and return to running, this can be done as 1:1 sessions or as part of a small group.
