About me

Dedicated to your pelvic wellbeing

I have worked as a physiotherapist in many roles and specialities over the last 22 years including private practice, private hospitals and the NHS. My main specialities lie in Pelvic Health, musculoskeletal/sports physio and Pilates.

I have set up a Pelvic Health Service at Brinkworth House in Wiltshire and also practice at the Ashcroft Practice in Cirencester, Gloucestershire serving Women's Health and Men's health in the surrounding areas including Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud and Tetbury as well as Chippenham, Royal Wootten Bassett and Swindon.

I am a trained and practising APPI Modified Pilates Instructor and in pre- and postnatal Pilates. I have studied to be a Health Creation Mentor at Masters level at Bath Spa University working with clients to work towards optimum wellbeing. I am trained in hypopressive exercise through The International Hypopressives Council and work with women through the perimenopause and post menopause.

I am a strong believer in a holistic approach to healing and the delicate balance required to maintain health and wellbeing in all spheres of life.

I am a deeply caring individual and provide a safe, supportive and confidential space for clients. I enjoy working with individuals to maximise their health and wellbeing in an integrated and holistic way.
