About me

Dedicated to your pelvic wellbeing

I have worked as a physiotherapist in many roles and specialities over the last 22 years including private practice, private hospitals and the NHS. My main specialities lie in Pelvic Health, musculoskeletal/sports physio and Pilates.

I have set up a Pelvic Health Service at Brinkworth House in Wiltshire and also practice at the Ashcroft Practice in Cirencester. I am currently working as a Senior Women’s Health Physio for the Great Western Hospital.

I am a trained and practising APPI Modified Pilates Instructor and in pre- and postnatal Pilates. I have studied to be a Health Creation Mentor at Masters level at Bath Spa University working with clients to work towards optimum wellbeing. I have recently trained in hypopressive exercise through Low Pressure Fitness and done a course led by Julie Wiebe to help women return to running postnatally.

I am a strong believer in a holistic approach to healing and the delicate balance required to maintain health and wellbeing in all spheres of life.

I am a deeply caring individual and provide a safe, supportive and confidential space for clients. I enjoy working with individuals to maximise their health and wellbeing in an integrated and holistic way.
