We are delighted to warmly welcome Natasha to the Invictus team

My name is Natasha, I am a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist and my passion lies in the management of people's physical aches and pains. So whether your injury has been induced by playing the sport you love, an accident or just daily life, I can help to bring you back to pain free movement! I enjoy working with people and most importantly getting them back to doing the things they love.

I  work with people of all ages - from kids with sporting injuries and general aches and pains all the way to those in their golden years with more age related problems and post operative rehabilitation. My main objective  is helping  people improve their quality and life, and not letting pain or injury stop you from getting back to the things you  love to do.

I have done many additional courses and incorporate sports taping and Dry needling (a form of acupuncture) into my practice.  I also specialise in sports injuries, running injuries and rehab return to running and sport and activity.

 

I graduated from the University of Cape Town  in 2013 and over the past 11 years I have built my expertise through outpatient musculoskeletal work and hospital work.

 

Furthermore I am a qualified matwork Pilates instructor. I bring Pilates into my treatment and management of those with complaints related to the neck, back, pelvis and hips. I have an interest in Women's Pelvic Health as well and will be treating pregnant women as part of my practice and am look to further expand my knowledge in this field so you may find me in your appointments, learning from my colleagues while I build up my knowledge and expertise.

I am available for on the day appointments as I build up my MSK practice on a Monday and Tuesday at Brinkworth House so if you need an appointment asap please book in a New MSK appmt with me online. I am also available for home visits.
